The Chocolate Factory Concept Chocolate invites you to discover its chocolates thanks to the box of 16 chocolates of 4 different flavors. Small in size, rich in flavour, this box explores ganaches with Bourbon Madagascar vanilla, Rooibos tea, dark chocolate from Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu.

The origin of the cocoa is key in the discovery of ganaches of origins & infusions, because it is the terroir of each country, and more precisely of each region, which gives the beans their unique taste. Origins & Infusions Ganaches are available in 4 varieties.

Ingredients

cocoa mass, sugar, MILK powder, cocoa butter, flavoring (vanilla), MILK, CREAM, passion fruit, raspberry, morello cherry, kalamansi*, SOY lecithin.
* The kalamansi probably comes from a cross between the tangerine and the kumquat. Hence its palette of flavors. Kalamansi is as sweet as lemon, as sour as green, bitter as pink grapefruit, and has the added taste of passion fruit. We could call it “the 4 in 1 citrus fruit”!
