The fact that a user completes the order form on this site and confirms the order (by clicking on the "order" button) implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, which alone will be applicable to the following contract. . The customer undertakes to complete the order form accurately, indicating his billing address, the delivery address during working hours as well as his contact details (e-mail address and, where applicable, telephone number). Without this, the order cannot be accepted. PO Box addresses are not accepted as shipping addresses. The customer is prohibited from reselling the products Concept Chocolate, his order being necessarily intended for personal use or for the personal use of the person for whom the shipment is intended. The prices of the products are net, including VAT and expressed in Euros. Delivery is subject to an additional charge. Prices are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks and subject to modification of the VAT rate. Quantitative discounts are granted from 500 euros of purchase including tax.



The payment of the products is made only by VISA, MASTERCARD credit card, and from the PAYPAL platform online from the web, by the secure payment system Shopify payments. Validation of payment by credit card is immediate. No shipment will be made without confirmation of payment.



The shipping costs of shipments are offered to you from 75€ of purchase.


During the period between May and October, outside temperatures can exceed 25°C. In these circumstances, Concept Chocolate makes every effort to ensure the preservation of the quality of the chocolates during transport and puts in place all the necessary means to achieve this objective. Thus, as soon as the outside temperatures to which the products are exposed during the transport period can exceed 25°C, Concept Chocolate suspend deliveries



In accordance with article L 121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from receipt of the product, to exercise his right of withdrawal. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

The customer then has 14 (fourteen) days following the sending of his withdrawal to return to the company Concept Chocolate items that do not suit him.

If exercised, this right of withdrawal is free of charge for the customer with the exception of the cost of returning the products. Returns must relate to new items in their original packaging, accompanied by all their possible accessories, instructions for use, documentation and also the corresponding invoice so that they can be put back on sale. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be taken back.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised on plain paper or by means of a form, available on request at the following address: info.conceptchocolate.eu. The simple return of the goods without declaration or the refusal to take delivery are not enough to express the will to retract.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company Concept Chocolate is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, without charge or interest, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days following the date on which it was informed, or if the goods have not yet been received, on the date of its recovery.



The Chocolate Factory Concept Chocolate offers several delivery methods depending on your needs. We make every effort to preserve the quality of your chocolates during the transport of your order thanks to suitable packaging and the selection of partners specialized in the transport of food products.

  2. Online order and delivery by DHL Express (Belgium, Europe Zone 1 & Zone 2)

This delivery method is suspended when outside temperatures are above 25°C.

Orders received, after acceptance of payment by the credit card center, are prepared and shipped within 24 hours (within weekends and February days).

Deliveries are made by DHL express, in the absence of the recipient or a person who can take possession of the products, DHL express undertakes to return the next day. If the recipient is still not present the next day, DHL will leave a transit advice note at the delivery address inviting him to call him back or to collect the package from the nearest collection center. Concept Chocolate cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the products due to their late collection from the carrier.

In the event that a delivery address is incomplete or imprecise, Concept Chocolate reserves the right to contact the recipient or email directly, in order to complete the missing delivery information with him, provided that the telephone number or email address is not incorrect and the recipient is available.


Products Concept Chocolate are handcrafted and available in limited quantities.

In case of out of stock, Concept Chocolate will contact the Customer by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible in order to postpone the delivery while waiting for the replenishment of this product or when possible to replace the product with another equivalent in quality and price. The delay in delivery linked to a shortage of stock cannot give rise to any refund insofar as the customer has been informed of the delay in delivery (within the limit of two (2) working days maximum). It is specified that orders placed during the holiday period run a greater risk of not being confirmed for stock shortages, than those placed during normal periods of the year.


The customer must ensure the conformity of the delivery with his order.

On delivery, any damage must be the subject of specific reservations dated and signed on the delivery slip.

If one of the present general conditions should be declared inapplicable or is invalidated for any reason, this invalidity will not affect the application or the validity of the other provisions of the general conditions, the one invalidated or deemed inapplicable then being replaced by the provision as close as possible.

Neither the company Concept Chocolate, nor the customer can be held responsible for any non-performance which would have as its origin a case of force majeure, beyond its control, including in particular, without this being limiting, the cases of war, riot, insurrection, transport interruption, import or export problem, strike, lockout, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm, flood.

These general terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
