1.1 Concept Chocolate SRL/BV, whose registered office is located at Rue des Chardons 19, 1030 Schaerbeek, and registered with the BCE under number 0840.529.348 (hereinafter referred to as Concept Chocolate), operates a website accessible at the address https://conceptchocolate.eu (hereinafter the "Site").
1.2 All personal data that we collect (hereinafter the “Data”) will be processed in accordance with Belgian and European laws applicable to the protection of personal data, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Directive 2002/58/EC as amended and the Belgian law of 13 June 2005 known as the “Law on electronic communications”.

4.6 Your Data may also be shared with our accountant Magecofi-Atecofi in Waterloo, in order to provide accounting services related to your order.
4.7 We may anonymise your Data (by removing any information that could identify you) for use in market research.
4.8 Except in the cases described above, your Data will never be sold or transferred to third parties without your explicit consent.
