ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL PRINCIPLES

1.1 Concept Chocolate SRL/BV with registered office at Rue des chardons, 19 at 1030 Schaerbeek, registered at the BCE under number 0840.529.348, hereinafter referred to as Concept Chocolate operates a website via https://conceptchocolate.eu. (hereinafter the “Site”).

4.1 The Data we collect is used to process the execution and follow-up of your reservation for a visit to the museum. They are also used to improve the services we offer to you by informing us of your interests regarding the functionalities, performance and support of our services.

4.2 We may use the Data collected ourselves or via different media for the purpose of promotional, commercial or informational communication. In this context, in order to allow you to make better use of the Site and to keep you informed of our news as well as our best offers of the moment, we can offer you free newsletters. Unless you object, if you have used the services Concept Chocolate, we can send you information electronically concerning the use of the Site as well as our promotional offers.

4.3 We may also use this Data to carry out studies aimed at improving our services.

4.4 We may disclose your Data if necessary to (a) comply with applicable laws or satisfy an order or injunction from the Courts and Tribunals, or (b) protect and defend our rights or those of users of the site.
