1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

The fact that a user places an order via this website ( www.conceptchocolate.eu ) by completing the order form and confirming the order (by clicking on the “order” button) constitutes full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, which are exclusively applicable to purchases made on this site. Concept Chocolate reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of the customer failing to meet one of its obligations.

Concept Chocolate will confirm acceptance of the order to the user by e-mail, or, where applicable, its refusal within 48 working hours following the entry of the order on the internet by the customer.

Concept Chocolate strictly prohibits the purchase of its products on its website as part of a sale by the customer to a third party, without having informed Concept Chocolate beforehand.


2 – CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The customer agrees to complete the order form accurately, indicating their billing address, delivery address (during business hours), as well as their contact details (email address and, if applicable, telephone number). Without this complete and correct information, the order cannot be accepted or processed.

The customer is prohibited from reselling the products Concept Chocolate. His order must be intended solely for personal use or for the personal use of the person to whom the shipment is intended.

The customer also undertakes to respect the storage conditions of the products as well as the best before date indicated on the packaging. In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, Concept Chocolate cannot be held responsible for any alteration of the products.


3 - PRICE

Product prices are expressed in Euros, including all taxes, unless otherwise stated. Delivery is subject to a supplement, specified when confirming the order. Prices are guaranteed within the limits of available stocks and may be modified in the event of a change in the VAT rate or circumstances beyond the control of Concept Chocolate.


4 - PAYMENT

Payment for products is made exclusively by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, or via the PAYPAL platform, online on our website, using the secure Shopify Payments system. Payment by credit card is validated immediately. No shipment will be made without prior payment validation.


5 – DELIVERY RATES

Shipping is free for orders over €75. For orders under €XNUMX, a shipping charge will be added to the order, clearly indicated at checkout.

During the period between May and October, if outside temperatures exceed 25°C, Concept Chocolate suspends deliveries to ensure the quality of the chocolates during transport. The customer will be informed of any delays related to these special conditions.

For international deliveries, additional charges may apply depending on the destination.


6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L 121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

The customer then has a further 14 days to return any unsuitable items, at their own expense, to the company. Concept Chocolate. Returns must be for items new in their original packaging , accompanied by all their possible accessories, instructions for use, documentation and the corresponding invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable or personalized products , such as chocolates made to measure or with specific messages.

Returns must be sent to the following address: Rue des Chardons 19, 1030 Bruxelles.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Concept Chocolate will refund the amounts paid by the customer within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.


7 – DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Concept Chocolate offers several delivery methods depending on the customer's needs. We do everything possible to preserve the quality of the chocolates during transport through suitable packaging and the selection of partners specialized in the transport of food products.

Orders can be picked up directly in store or shipped by DHL Express (Belgium, Europe Zone 1 & Zone 2). This delivery method may be suspended if temperatures exceed 25°C.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of payment validation, except weekends and public holidays.

If the recipient is absent, DHL Express will return the next day. If the recipient continues to be absent, a calling card will be left, inviting the recipient to contact DHL or collect the package from the nearest collection center. Concept Chocolate cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of the products due to late withdrawal.

In case of incomplete or incorrect address, Concept Chocolate reserves the right to contact the recipient directly to complete the missing information.


8 – SUPPLY

Products Concept Chocolate are handcrafted in limited quantities. In case of stock shortage, Concept Chocolate will contact the customer by email or telephone to offer a delivery report or a replacement product of equivalent quality and price.

The customer has the right to refuse this replacement and cancel the order, without additional costs.


9 – COMPLAINTS

The customer must ensure that the order is correct upon receipt. In the event of damage or error, reservations must be noted on the delivery slip, dated and signed.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products, either by mail to the address: Rue des Chardons 19, 1030 Bruxelles, either by telephone at +32 2 242 94 66, or by e-mail at info @conceptchocolate .eu , including proof of purchase and order number.


10 – INVALIDITY – FORCE MAJEURE – APPLICABLE LAW

If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Concept Chocolate cannot be held responsible for delays or non-execution of an order in the event of force majeure (war, riot, insurrection, strike, interruption of transport services, fire, flood, etc.).

These general conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.

Concept Chocolate SRL – Brussels


1. Types of visits and activities

Concept Chocolate offers three main formulas, always supervised by a guide:

  • Classic tour (± 1 hour) : presentation of the chocolate factory, history of chocolate and demonstration of artisanal praline creation. Includes: 2 tastings.
  • Workshop / workshop (± 2h) : presentation and demonstration as above, followed by a practical activity (beggars). Each participant takes their creations home.
  • Workshop + Beer & Chocolate Tasting (± 2 hours) : presentation and demonstration, creation of mendiants, then combined tasting of chocolates (pralines, tablets, candied chocolates, etc.) with various Belgian beers. Participants also take home their creations.

2. Duration

The duration varies depending on the formula chosen: between 1 hour and 2 hours.


3. Reservations

  • Requests are made only by email to info@conceptchocolate.eu.
  • A reservation is only confirmed after written validation de Concept Chocolate.
  • Any reservation implies full acceptance of these general conditions.

4. Access & parking

  • Address : Rue des Chardons 19, 1030 Bruxelles.
  • Cars : paid parking on the street from Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 21 p.m. (by parking meter or via apps such as EasyPark, 4411, etc.).
  • Bus : Stop authorized in front of the chocolate shop Rue des Chardons, 19 AND parking authorized Rue Ernest Cambier (map available upon request) subject to availability. Please turn off the engine while waiting; the driver must remain on board when dropping off customers.
  • Public transport : bus 65 (Patrie stop), tram 25 (Patrie stop), train (Meiser station).
  • PMR accessibility : the site is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with the exception of the workshop room located on -1. Adaptations are possible upon prior request.

5. Rates & Billing

  • Rates are set annually and communicated by email at the end of the year for the following year, or upon request when booking.
  • Concept Chocolate reserves the right to adjust its prices in the event of a significant increase in costs (raw materials, energy, taxation).
  • Prices are indicated per person, VAT 21% included.
  • Tours are always accompanied by a guide, whose fees are included.
  • Free: granted only to those accompanying school groups.
  • No deposit is required, except for a new customer where prepayment may be required.
  • Un voucher must be submitted before the visit (by email or in person).
  • The invoice is sent after the visit. Payment: 15 days max.
  • Payment on site possible in cash or card (Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard).

Unpaid bills :
In the event of late payment, the following will be applied automatically and without prior formal notice:

  • des interest of 1,5% per month of delay,
  • another fixed penalty of 20% of the amount due, with a minimum of 125 €.

6. Cancellations, changes & delays

  • Any cancellation must be notified in writing.
  • Cancellation and refund policy:
    • 7 days before: no charge
    • 4 to 6 days before: 50% of the total amount invoiced
    • ≤ 48 hours before: 100% of the total amount invoiced
  • Any changes (date, time, number of participants) must be communicated as soon as possible by email.
  • Groups must introduce themselves 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Any delay must be reported to +32 2 242 94 66.
  • Delays > 15 min: the activity will be shortened to respect the planned schedule.
  • Delays > 30 min: Concept Chocolate reserves the right to cancel the visit without refund.

7. Responsibilities & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings (loss, theft or damage).
  • The client remains responsible for the discipline and behavior of his group.
  • School groups and minors : the accompanying adults are responsible for supervising the children at all times.
  • Concept Chocolate declines all responsibility for damage caused by inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with instructions.
  • Participants agree to respect all the health and safety instructions given by staff. Anyone not respecting these instructions may be refused access or excluded without refund.
  • Animals are prohibited, except for assistance dogs for the visually impaired.

8. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

It is the client's responsibility to notify participants in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
Concept Chocolate declines all responsibility in the event of failure to communicate this information.


9. force majeure

Concept Chocolate cannot be held responsible in the event that the tour or workshop cannot be held due to force majeure (strike, bad weather, technical breakdown, illness, health lockdown, etc.). In this case, a new date will be proposed free of charge.


10. Photos & communication

Unless otherwise requested in writing, the customer authorizes Concept Chocolate to take photos during the activity and use them for communication purposes (website, social networks, brochures).


11. Languages

Activities are provided in French, Dutch, English and many other languages, depending on the availability of guides.
The desired language must be confirmed when booking.

13. Disputes
