Melt your chocolate quickly with the Chocolate bain marie 1 L. Easy to use the water bath ou chocolate dipper has two positions: a "Melt" position to melt your chocolate and a "Warm" position to keep it warm.
The "Melt" position of the double boiler for chocolate corresponds to a temperature between 50 and 60°C which will slowly melt your chocolate.
Similar to a air dipperThis chocolate bain marie can be used without water. The rise in temperature of your chocolate is done slowly and gently. For faster melting of your chocolate we recommend using a couverture chocolate in pistols, the latter are known to promote the melting of chocolate.
The removable tank water bath is of a capacity of one liter, to you homemade Easter chocolates, festive chocolates or simply chocolate-based desserts.
