Signature 90% - Dark Chocolate

Robust, earthy chocolate from the mineral-rich soil of Uganda's Bundibugyo region. This chocolate has body, even if its cocoa intensity is balanced, with a touch of bitterness and acidity. With a high cocoa content due to its combination with a 100% cocoa mass from the Ivory Coast, its special shape reveals frank and seductive notes of humus and mushrooms.
