An 80% dark chocolate sourced from Cameroonian terroir
Grown in the fertile basin of the Sanaga and Mbam rivers, in the heart of a contrasting landscape mixing tropical forests and mountainous reliefs, this Trinitario cocoa expresses all the richness of Cameroon.
Thanks to the proper fermentation process, the aromas develop with a beautiful depth: notes of Red fruits, a intense, and an powerful complexity which define a chocolate with character.
