Handmade Easter chocolate in Brussels: our 2026 collection

Published by Maxime Pliester le

Easter is approaching — and artisanal chocolate has never looked so good.

Every year, the same question arises: how to make Easter a real occasion, not just a box of chocolates bought at the supermarket? Concept Chocolate In Brussels, they've been thinking about it for months. Here's what we've prepared for you this year.

A collection with a true visual identity

This year, we wanted our packaging to tell a story even before it's opened.

The common thread? A mix between Art Deco and natural The golden fan patterns, the geometric lines, the raw kraft paper — and everywhere, that touch of sun yellow which warms the heart and immediately brings to mind spring.

It's no coincidence. Yellow is the color of Easter, of chicks, of the returning sun. Kraft paper represents our commitment to natural materials—a way of paying attention to detail, right down to the packaging. And Art Deco adds that little touch of elegance that makes you really not want to throw away the box after eating the chocolates.

The result: a collection that looks lovely on a table, that can be given as a gift without the need for extra wrapping paper, and that leaves a beautiful impression long after Easter.

Why choose artisanal chocolate for Easter?

Industrial chocolate and artisanal chocolate are not the same experience. What makes the difference is the care taken at each stage — the choice of ingredients, the preparation of the fillings, the hand-finishing.

At Concept ChocolateEach little filled egg is homemade. Hazelnut, almond, speculoos, peanut, puffed rice, nougat, cocoa nibs—each filling is chosen for its character. Some are melt-in-your-mouth, others crunchy, some slightly bitter. That's what makes the tasting experience so vibrant.

And on each product, a QR code links to the full list of ingredients. Because you have the right to know what you're eating.

Our Easter 2026 collection

This year, we focused as much on the content as on the presentation. Here are a few pieces we particularly like:

🥚 The egg to crack with a hammer — A large textured egg presented in a kraft box with gold Art Deco motifs, wrapped in foil. Available in dark, milk, or caramelized white chocolate, filled with 16 small filled eggs. The pleasure of breaking it open is part of the experience. Available for in-store pickup.

🐰 The geometric rabbit transparent cube — A hand-molded, modern-style rabbit, presented in a transparent box tied with a yellow ribbon. Ready to be given as is, without additional packaging.

🥚 The quail egg box — 18 small filled pastries nestled in their individual compartments, in a natural kraft paper box with a yellow "Happy Easter" band. Simple, clever, and beautifully presented.

🐣 The yellow porcelain egg cup — a hollow dark chocolate egg decorated in relief, nestled in natural straw, wrapped in a transparent pouch tied with a yellow ribbon. The egg cup remains long after Easter.

🥚 Art Deco metal eggs — orange and white fan pattern, gold ribbon — to hang, to give as a gift, or to place on a table. Packaging you really won't want to throw away.
